Release14 d.o.o. is a 100% privately owned EU based company, founded in May 2020 and envisioned as a holding company for the Release14 Group of companies. However, due to Brexit, the decision was made to let it undertake other group activities and provide services on its own within the EU market.

December 2020 marked the acquisition of Release14 LTD, a UK based company operating globally since 2012 with a share capital of 1.5mil GBP. Release14 LTD was positioned as a market leader in providing bespoke Lawful Interception and Data Retention systems as well as providing other highly advanced anti-fraud and security systems for some of the largest network providers in the world. Release14 LTD was the first company that provided a cost-effective Open Source Lawful Interception solution for small ISPs who could not justify ZERO ROI.

September 2022 marked the start of acquisition of another company brand under Release14 umbrella that provides monitoring and operational support for Release14 clients. Details will be announced once transfer of the ownership is completed.
